Mark Ortman the Security Guard for Garden Spires Apartments and responsible for the apprehension of ”the accused” has sent me a follow up email stating that “the accused” has not been dismissed from jail without bail, but has simply posted bail.
For those wanting to speak up on Patrick’s behalf may do so only thru snail mail or fax to the Prosecutor’s office.
